Talent Supervising Associate – HR Operations

About the role

EY is seeking a Talent Supervising Associate to support end‑to‑end HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Harare. You will ensure accurate processing of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and off‑boarding while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and issue employment contracts, coordinate onboarding, and manage renewals and transfers.
• Maintain core HR records, documentation, and data accuracy in HR systems.
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate salary and benefits processing.
• Administer medical aid, pensions, insurance, and wellness programs.
• Manage probation reviews, performance processes, exits, and retirements.
• Coordinate employee recognition, wellness, and diversity initiatives.
• Process loans, advances, and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management processes.

Required profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to change and able to transition quickly into a professional environment.
• Credible in complex advisory situations, capable of conflict resolution.
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence organisational changes.
• Experience applying diagnostic and analytical tools for major change projects.
• Strong project‑management abilities.
