Senior Finance Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and reporting on a fully remote basis. You will shape long‑term budgeting, oversee risk management, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards while mentoring a growing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and multi‑year financial forecasting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to senior leadership.
• Identify financial risks and implement internal controls to protect assets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working‑capital requirements.
• Manage, develop and motivate the finance/accounting team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Expert‑level Excel skills.
