About the role

Venus Medical & Dental Centre is seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join its multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care across a range of clinical services, ensuring patient safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform wound‑care procedures.
• Manage and operate medical equipment required for patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in General Nursing.
• Valid registration with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Professional, ethical, and patient‑focused attitude.
