Program Quality Knowledge Management Coordinator

About the role

Oxfam is seeking a Program Quality Knowledge Management Coordinator to strengthen the quality, learning and impact of its country programmes. The role combines advisory leadership on programme quality with hands‑on support for monitoring, evaluation and knowledge sharing across partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on programme quality, stay abreast of sector best practices, and commission reviews and research to inform continuous improvement.
• Work with programme leads to ensure coherence, impact and robust monitoring and evaluation of the SAF Cluster.
• Analyse programme strategies, recommend adjustments and promote sustainable outcomes.
• Capture, document and disseminate innovations and best practices across programmes and partners.
• Support partner monitoring processes and embed participatory approaches.
• Develop and implement quality control systems for Monitoring & Evaluation within the country programme.
• Prepare internal and donor reports, ensuring high‑quality data and narrative.
• Provide briefings, coordinate visits, and represent the programme with national authorities and NGOs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Project Planning or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to Oxfam’s mission and feminist principles of empowerment, accountability and inclusion.
• Excellent knowledge of programme development, delivery approaches, tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to critically analyse programme strategies and drive change.
