People Operations Intern (Remote, Volunteer)

About the role

This remote, volunteer internship supports the People Operations and Employer Branding functions of a growing organization. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, talent‑management research, and agile HR processes while working 4‑6 hours per day from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Conduct research on modern talent‑management and HR practices.
• Prepare content and reports from research and present findings to the leadership team.
• Implement new internal processes and practices.
• Promote the Culturelligence brand on social media through marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members on diverse projects.
• Support the leadership team on additional activities critical to company growth.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a BBA, MBA, or Master’s program in HR or a related field, or a recent graduate with strong interest in People Operations.
• Willingness to work 4‑6 hours daily and engage in agile PeopleOps methodologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Kanban tools for workflow mapping.
