Manager IT Platforms and Networks

About the role

ZB Financial Holdings is looking for a dynamic Manager – IT Platforms and Networks to lead the Group’s technology platforms, infrastructure and network environment. This senior position is pivotal for the company’s digital transformation and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT platforms and networks strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise enterprise platforms, operating systems, databases and storage infrastructure.
• Design, implement and optimise network architecture and communications.
• Ensure high availability, resilience and performance of critical platforms and networks.
• Drive modernisation, automation and cloud adoption to support digital banking.
• Implement and test business continuity, disaster recovery and backup capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, risk, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Oversee technology vendors, service levels and commercial contracts.
• Lead capacity planning, lifecycle management and infrastructure refresh programmes.
• Provide accurate reporting on platform and network performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications in networking and/or cloud computing (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, platforms or networks, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in banking or financial services environments is advantageous.
