Gender Justice Technical & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role
Oxfam is seeking a Gender Justice Technical & Partnerships Coordinator to provide high‑level technical leadership and strengthen partner collaboration across gender‑transformative programmes. The role will ensure feminist and rights‑based approaches are embedded throughout programme design, implementation and evaluation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on gender justice, women’s rights, feminist leadership, and social norms transformation.
- Integrate gender‑analysis, intersectionality and structural inequality considerations into all thematic areas, including climate, economic justice, humanitarian action and governance.
- Serve as the primary operational and technical liaison with partner organisations, women‑led movements and civil society actors.
- Support partners in programme design, problem‑solving, learning, and strategic adaptation while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and accountability standards.
- Oversee implementation of restricted projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with donor commitments and feminist principles.
- Contribute to evidence generation, feminist analysis, research agendas and knowledge‑sharing to inform programming and policy.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in gender justice programming, feminist programme design, women’s rights and partner‑led implementation.
- Proven experience working in multi‑country or regional contexts, coordinating partners and providing technical advisory support.
