About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling inbound and outbound calls in French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Assist homeowners using a booking platform with modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
- Log, classify and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories.
- Analyze call data and share feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay informed about platform updates and collaborate with internal and external teams through documented communication.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a travel or technical support environment.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
- Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
- Availability to work 30‑40 hours per week, including mandatory weekend shifts (12 pm‑8 pm CET).
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
- Salesforce.
- Microsoft Office suite.
