Call Centre Sales Representative – Harare

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Sales Representative to join our team in Harare. You will be responsible for outbound telesales, lead generation and providing after‑sales support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to pitch products, generate leads and close orders.
• Record all client interactions, queries and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Research and source contact details for key decision‑makers.
• Process quotations, proforma invoices and official orders.
• Provide after‑sales support and coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in telesales, outbound call centres or client service.
• Strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency with office suites (e.g., Microsoft Office).
