About the role
The Bookkeeper will manage daily bookkeeping, supplier records, invoices, petty cash, reconciliations and cost tracking for site operations in Chinhoyi. This role supports management by ensuring all financial records are accurate, up‑to‑date and properly filed.
Key responsibilities
- Capture daily expenses and site costs.
- Maintain supplier accounts and perform reconciliations.
- Track invoices, delivery notes and payment records.
- Manage petty cash and cash advances.
- Prepare weekly cost summaries.
- Allocate costs per site, department and item type.
- Follow up on missing invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist with payment schedules.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records.
- Support management with basic financial reports.
Required profile
- Qualification in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or a related field.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
- Experience in mining, construction or logistics is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software (advantage).
