About the role

The SEED (Student Enhancement and Experiential Development) program at CBZ Holdings offers students a structured internship experience across nine dynamic subsidiaries. Designed to bridge classroom learning with real‑world application, the program provides hands‑on exposure, skill development, and a solid foundation for a successful career.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through an assigned subsidiary or department to support ongoing projects.
• Assist teams with research, data analysis, and routine operational tasks.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities.
• Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings.
• Prepare brief reports or presentations on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong academic performance and a passion for learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Willingness to select and prioritize up to three preferred subsidiaries or divisions.
