Educational Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Educational Advisor to join Bannockbarn Preschool & Daycare in Harare. In this role you will support the development of high‑quality early childhood programmes and mentor our teaching team to deliver child‑centred learning experiences. The position works Monday‑Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, providing ample opportunity to shape the educational experience of our young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of curriculum and learning programs.
• Guide and mentor teaching staff, fostering professional growth.
• Promote creative, child‑centred learning approaches.
• Assist in maintaining high educational standards across the centre.
• Encourage a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all children.

Required profile

• Background in Early Childhood Development or Education.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for working with young learners.
• Experience in preschool or daycare settings is an advantage.
