About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will implement tracking solutions, analyse user behaviour, and deliver actionable insights that optimise website performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse web traffic patterns, user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and manage easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
- Regularly audit tracking implementations to detect and resolve data gaps or issues.
- Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection with a backup supply.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) expertise.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools such as Looker Studio/Data Studio or Tableau.
- SQL knowledge (preferred).
- Basic HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation.
