Sneaker Cleaning & Restoration Technician

About the role

Klean Strides is seeking a motivated Sneaker Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join its team in Harare. You will work hands‑on with a variety of footwear, turning worn sneakers back into like‑new condition while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and restore sneakers and other footwear to professional standards.
• Remove stains, dirt, and odors using approved cleaning techniques.
• Perform sneaker whitening and sole restoration.
• Inspect each pair and recommend appropriate restoration solutions.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep workstations organized.
• Conduct final quality checks before customer collection or delivery.
• Assist with customer service and order processing when needed.
