Sales Representative – FMCG Brands (Harare, Zimbabwe)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to promote our well‑known FMCG brands in Harare. You will be responsible for driving bulk sales, expanding distribution channels and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell brands such as Roil Cooking Oil, Unity Mealie Meal, Green Laundry Bar, Star Laundry Bar and Image Family Soap.
• Generate leads and close sizeable bulk orders from our manufacturing complex.
• Identify and develop new channel partners and nationwide distribution networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
• Analyse sales performance, competitor activity and market data.
• Develop and communicate sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Optimise sales mix through profitable routes and efficient logistics.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and act on feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or HND in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG wholesale or retail.
• Established contacts and strong relationships within Zimbabwe trade channels.
