Guest Care Executive – Remote (South Africa/Zimbabwe)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Care Executive to join our growing UK‑based serviced‑accommodation business. The role is remote, supporting guests across multiple booking platforms and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels, handling bookings, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Troubleshoot routine guest and property issues, coordinate with cleaners, contractors and suppliers, and track maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate guest communications and records in Guesty and create tasks in Notion.
• Escalate genuine emergencies promptly and keep Operations informed of potential issues.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration or related fields.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
• Strong organisation, time‑management and ability to juggle multiple live issues.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple digital platforms (e.g., Guesty, Notion, Airbnb, Booking.com).
• Ability to use AI tools for research and drafting while ensuring final accuracy.
