Collection Officer – Harare, Zimbabwe

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Collection Officer to manage parcel movement and stock handling at our Harare facility. The role involves ensuring safe collection, loading, off‑loading and dispatch of parcels while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory order.

Key responsibilities

• Securely collect, load, off‑load and dispatch parcels and stock.
• Verify physical stock against D‑Notes and GRVs and track logistical fees.
• Communicate transit logistics and negotiate fees with outsourced couriers.
• Organise and shelf stock displays to keep the warehouse orderly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, courier coordination, dispatch or warehouse operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Exceptional cost‑negotiation abilities and high integrity.
• Physical stamina for loading and off‑loading consignments.
