Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Harare, Zimbabwe

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will shape and drive the company’s long‑term strategy, leading expansion and market penetration across Zimbabwe and beyond. Reporting to the board, the CEO ensures sustainable growth, financial performance, and a culture of innovation and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee high‑level operational performance and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, investors, and external partners.
• Lead executive teams to improve organisational efficiency and foster innovation.
• Monitor financial metrics and commercial trends to make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Business, Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or significant progress toward it.
• 10+ years of senior management or executive experience.
• Proven track record in strategy development, business growth and leadership.
• High integrity, accountability and strategic vision.
