Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory, efficient operations, and a safe working environment. This role coordinates receipt, dispatch, stock control, and documentation while leading a team of warehouse staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, stock accuracy, and order staging.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements, optimize space utilization, and maintain documentation standards.
• Ensure full EHS compliance, conduct regular safety inspections, provide PPE, and manage incident reporting.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Stores Management.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a supply‑chain environment.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and document management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• BSc degree in a related field is an advantage.
