Trainer & Assessor – Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). The role involves creating engaging learning experiences, supporting learners to achieve outcomes, and contributing to revenue generation for the training business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning and assessment materials for both online and face‑to‑face delivery.
• Deliver customised training sessions that meet learner needs and align with the training schedule.
• Assess learner performance, record outcomes and provide progress reports to employers and students.
• Generate training revenue by managing course commencements, completions and fee structures.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of training resources, including updates to Training and Assessment Strategies.
• Maintain compliance with policies, conduct validations and moderation activities.
• Collaborate with team members and engage with industry partners to promote courses.
• Undertake at least 20 hours of professional development each year.

Required profile

• Current TAE40116 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Relevant qualifications aligned to the Individual Support sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver accredited training.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing training environments.
