About the role

We are seeking an experienced Steel Roller Operator to join our construction team in Harare. The successful candidate will operate steel drum rollers on asphalt and road compaction projects, ensuring high‑quality work while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate steel drum rollers for asphalt and road compaction tasks.
• Work under pressure to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Perform duties in remote project locations as required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in remote locations.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Valid operator’s licence or certificate.
• Minimum three years’ experience operating steel drum rollers.
• Experience in asphalt and road compaction works.
