Senior Systems Developer

About the role

As a Senior Systems Developer you will be a hands‑on leader in designing, building and maintaining solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will act as a technical authority within the ICT team, ensuring high standards of quality, security and maintainability while delivering outcomes that support Christian Aid’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain application and data integrations using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, Power Automate, SSIS and APIs.
• Own complex development work, influence technical direction and uphold architectural standards.
• Collaborate with ICT, CRM and business stakeholders to solve technical challenges and deliver high‑quality features.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reliability and performance of the integration landscape.
• Introduce new technologies where they add long‑term value and provide trusted advice on platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in software development and system integration.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics and related Microsoft technology stack.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
