Senior Strategy & Transactions Analyst – Harare

Key responsibilities

• Support SaT engagements including valuations, financial modelling, transaction diligence, feasibility studies, business planning, and market research.
• Analyse financial information to identify trends, risks, and value drivers for M&A, investment analysis, and project finance.
• Conduct company, industry, market, and economic research to inform transaction advice and client presentations.
• Build, review, and update financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and valuation models.
• Prepare client deliverables such as reports, proposals, presentations, teasers, and information memoranda.
• Collaborate with managers, senior team members, clients, and external advisers while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and market scans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial statements, business analysis, valuation principles, and corporate transactions.
• Ability to adapt quickly across sectors, clients, and workstreams.
• Excellent research, report writing, and presentation skills.
