Sales Development Representative

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to act as the engine of growth for its international client base. This fully remote, full‑time position is an independent‑contractor role where you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating interest and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Maintain a daily cadence of phone and email outreach to exceed activity benchmarks.
• Communicate the value proposition clearly, handling objections and positioning solutions.
• Research target accounts and key stakeholders to ensure relevant outreach.
• Schedule discovery calls and hand them off to Account Executives for seamless transition.
• Document all activities meticulously in the CRM to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience or strong desire to work in a high‑volume outbound sales environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
• Hunter mentality with resilience to handle rejection and stay goal‑focused.
• Strong organizational abilities and time‑management skills.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting and email automation software.
