Regional Manager – Banking Distribution

About the role

As a Regional Manager you will lead the execution of the Personal & Private Banking distribution channel strategy across the country. You will be accountable for delivering operating income, managing controllable costs and meeting client objectives while guiding your coverage teams to high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the distribution channel strategy for Personal and Private Banking.
• Drive achievement of operating income targets and control costs within the region.
• Ensure client objectives are met through effective team leadership and service delivery.
• Lead, coach and motivate coverage teams to achieve business goals.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and risk management practices.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce.
• 8‑10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with both field and head‑office exposure.
• In‑depth knowledge of banking processes, regulatory requirements and financial operations.
• Proven ability to develop strategies, direct people and embrace change.
