Psychologist – Join Doctorly Platform

About the role

Doctorly is seeking qualified psychologists to expand mental‑health access across Zimbabwe. You will deliver assessments, therapy and counseling through a digital marketplace that connects clients directly to providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized psychological assessments, therapy and counseling for a range of mental‑health conditions.
• Develop and monitor tailored treatment plans using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT or DBT.
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies and psychological wellbeing.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists and other care‑team members to integrate psychological care.
• Document sessions and client records on Doctorly’s digital platform.
• Maintain AHPCZ registration and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field; AHPCZ registration preferred.
• Strong expertise in evidence‑based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Experience delivering individual, group or family therapy in clinical or outpatient settings.
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent documentation skills and comfort with digital health platforms.
