Product Manager – Full-time On-site

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Product Manager to join our team in Marondera. In this on‑site position you will drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and customer requirements.
• Develop product strategies, road‑maps and planning documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development, design and sales, using Agile methodologies.
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure products meet business objectives and deliver value to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, covering development, lifecycle management and strategy formulation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management or a related field.
• Experience in a business advisory or consultancy environment is a plus.
