Plant Supervisor – Solar PV Plant

About the role

CrossBoundary Energy is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of its Caledonia solar photovoltaic power plant. The role ensures safe, reliable, and optimal power generation while meeting contractual, technical and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the O&M team and coordinate daily maintenance schedules.
• Monitor plant performance, availability and energy yield, ensuring targets are met.
• Manage safety procedures, quality standards and environmental compliance.
• Prepare and deliver operational reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee troubleshooting, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operating and maintaining solar PV power plants.
• Strong understanding of real‑time monitoring, sensor data analysis and operational risk management.
• High standards of professionalism, ownership and accountability.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively and drive results.
