About the role

Silverlane Capital is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to strengthen its brand presence and drive customer acquisition across Zimbabwe. The role focuses on creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting business growth through lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including graphics and short videos.
• Coordinate events, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with verifiable references.
• Proven proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
