Internship Opportunities in Sales, Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

About the role

FloorCode Zimbabwe is seeking energetic students for three internship tracks – Sales & Client Conversion, Digital Marketing & Content, and Lead Generation & Outreach. Interns will work on real business projects, support client interactions, create social media content and help generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries, follow up quotations, contact previous leads, assist with client visits and schedule appointments to convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage FloorCode’s presence on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn by creating videos, reels, graphics, captions and adverts; plan and schedule daily content.
• Research and build prospect lists, reach out to decision‑makers, send company profiles, arrange meetings and support the creation of new business opportunities.
• Maintain daily activity reports and communicate progress to the team.
• Use WhatsApp, email and Google tools for outreach and coordination.

Required profile

• Currently on industrial attachment or eligible for attachment.
• Based in Harare.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet daily targets.
• Comfortable making calls and WhatsApp follow‑ups.
