Head of Aftersales & Service

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Aftersales & Service to lead all after‑sales activities for our electric mobility business across Zimbabwe. The role combines strategic planning, workshop oversight, parts logistics and warranty management to ensure a world‑class service experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the aftersales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain industry‑leading service standards across all workshops and service centres.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability and continuous improvement of service processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations, staffing, equipment and safety compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, develop training programmes and support complex diagnostics.
• Manage spare‑parts planning, procurement, inventory levels and distribution.
• Administer OEM warranty processes, claim submissions and liaison with manufacturers.
• Lead customer‑service initiatives, monitor satisfaction metrics and resolve escalations.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting frameworks and analyse KPIs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in automotive aftersales or service management.
• Proven ability to lead large workshop networks and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of warranty administration and parts logistics.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction and service profitability.
