Electronic Security & Audio Visual Specialist

About the role

The Electronic Security & Audio Visual Specialist is responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Group’s electronic security systems and distributed audiovisual infrastructure across all hotel business units. The role ensures 24/7 functionality of CCTV, access control, alarm and perimeter security, while also delivering reliable AV support for conference rooms, boardrooms and meeting facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade CCTV surveillance systems across multiple hotel sites.
• Manage electronic access control, card readers and biometric devices, ensuring seamless entry management.
• Maintain intruder alarm, perimeter security and panic button systems, providing rapid fault resolution.
• Set up, operate and service AV equipment such as projectors, display screens, video‑conferencing, IPTV, digital signage, PA systems and interactive presentation tools.
• Provide hands‑on AV support for conferences, board meetings and remote video sessions.
• Integrate security systems with broader IT platforms for centralised monitoring.
• Deliver first‑line technical support to property teams and produce up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Conduct compliance audits, ensure adherence to security standards and collaborate on risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing, installing and maintaining electronic security and audiovisual systems within a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work independently, respond quickly to incidents and maintain detailed technical records.
• Strong focus on compliance with security regulations and industry standards.
