Customer Care & Referral Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the healthcare team by acting as the primary communication link between patients, clinicians, and partner institutions. The role focuses on delivering courteous, efficient service while handling a high volume of enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Respond to enquiries from patients, clinicians and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare professionals and internal departments.
• Assist with the secure preparation and transmission of diagnostic reports and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate communication records and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Support referring doctors, hospitals and healthcare facilities through timely, professional communication.
• Perform general customer‑service and administrative functions.
• Promote a positive patient and stakeholder experience through excellent communication and professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, certificate or O/A‑Levels in any field.
• Strong and crisp command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a pleasant speaking manner.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using email and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple enquiries.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare or call‑centre operations is an advantage but not required.
