Customer Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Acquisition Manager to drive real, paying customers for our web hosting and SaaS solutions. You will combine field sales with digital lead generation to grow our client base across businesses, schools and organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new customers both in‑person and online.
• Onboard businesses, schools and other organisations onto our hosting and software products.
• Design, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta to generate qualified leads.
• Manage the full customer journey from first contact through to an active, paying client.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B field sales and closing deals.
• Hands‑on experience running digital ad campaigns on Google, Meta or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Shona.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence for field travel.
