Country Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Country Public Relations Manager will lead the development and execution of public‑relations strategies that engage government officials, political parties and other key stakeholders at ministerial level and above. This role supports the AR Project Director in delivering ToG projects while building a robust government‑business ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Map and maintain the decision‑making chains of national governments and political parties, and manage high‑level public‑relations activities.
• Interpret national policies, identify government business opportunities and mobilise relevant resources.
• Assist the AR Project Director in planning, implementing and delivering ToG projects.
• Develop the country’s business and investment environment and create a sound government‑business ecosystem for ToG growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred fields include Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in government affairs and public relations within the host country; experience in government sales is a plus.
• Established network and access to resources at ministerial level or above.
• Background in organisations such as Huawei, central or local state‑owned enterprises, or large private firms with extensive government projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of how government authorities operate in the host country.
