Country Partner & CXO – Founding Leadership Role

About the role

This is a founding leadership opportunity to become the primary point of contact for all business, partnerships, and operations of a SaaS automation company in your country. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, close client deals, and build the local operational foundation from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the country’s GTM strategy.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals with local clients and audit firms.
• Onboard new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
• Handle financial planning, pricing decisions, and discount approvals.
• Engage partners and channels within the local cybersecurity and audit ecosystem.
• Oversee all business and operational activities in the country.
• Lead team expansion, hiring, and establish a physical office as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or SaaS advisory.
• Strong network within the audit, compliance, or regulated‑industry ecosystem in the target country.
• Experience communicating with CXO‑level or senior management stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, management, or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 framework.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 framework.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF framework.
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
• Knowledge of DPDP regulations.
