Copywriter & Content Strategist (Psychology-Led & Revenue-Focused)

About the role

We are seeking a highly curious, commercially‑minded copywriter who is fascinated by human psychology, persuasion, and what drives people to buy. You will work across a small portfolio of growing brands, including a design‑focused ecommerce tableware brand and a premium kitchen renovation business, shaping messaging that creates desire, overcomes objections, and influences decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Write email newsletter copy that engages and converts.
• Develop ad copy and creative angles for performance campaigns.
• Create persona and customer psychology packs to guide messaging.
• Produce blog posts, website content, and video scripts.
• Direct influencer outreach and content collaborations.
• Define brand positioning and craft campaign messaging.
• Conduct customer and competitor research to inform strategy.

• Intuitive about people and interested in psychology and persuasion.
