Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator

About the role

Lexorium Productions is seeking a dynamic professional to manage client relationships, drive new business, and coordinate bookings for events, décor, equipment hire, and production services. This full‑time position is performance‑driven and central to the company’s revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing and social media.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and paying clients.
• Manage the client journey from initial contact to post‑event follow‑up, preparing quotations, proposals, invoices and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, booking schedules, event calendars and customer databases.
• Coordinate event bookings, liaise with clients, suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support event planning, logistics coordination and execution.
• Create and schedule digital content to generate enquiries and increase brand visibility.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing activities, lead generation and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relations, business development, sales, marketing, hospitality or events management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into revenue.
• Track record of managing bookings and maintaining strong client relationships.
