About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chicken Chef to join our vibrant fast‑food outlet in Harare. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing our signature chicken dishes, fries, and burgers while upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items, focusing on chicken specialties and fast‑food staples.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and taste according to restaurant standards.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure timely food preparation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, exceptional meals.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food‑safety regulations.
• Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and well‑maintained.

Required profile

• Proven culinary skills with expertise in chicken and fast‑food preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen maintenance.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities in a high‑pressure environment.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and commitment to a great dining experience.
• Prior experience in a fast‑food or culinary role is an advantage.
• Certification in culinary arts or food safety is a plus.
