About the role

We are seeking a mature Zimbabwean couple to manage and care for a small fuel station that also includes a restaurant and accommodation facilities. The role is based in a very rural area, close to Gonarazou, offering a peaceful lifestyle while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the fuel station, restaurant, and guest accommodation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep all facilities functional and safe.
• Handle light bookkeeping duties, including recording sales and expenses.
• Provide hospitality services to guests staying on the premises.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

Required profile

• A mature Zimbabwean couple willing to live and work in a rural setting.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across fuel, food service, and accommodation.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on maintenance and basic financial record‑keeping.
