Business Development Manager – Zimbabwe (Remote)

About the role

Valetax International Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnership growth in Zimbabwe. This full‑time, remote position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building a pipeline of prospects, and promoting Valetax’s forex, CFD and investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify high‑potential client segments in Zimbabwe and the wider region.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local financial institutions, brokers and intermediaries.
• Conduct outreach via calls, virtual meetings and online channels to present Valetax’s product suite.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and compliance teams to launch localized campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports, track revenue targets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within financial services, brokerage or fintech.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of trading, forex, CFDs or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet revenue targets.
