About the role

KeyNova System Architects is seeking motivated Business Development Associates to act as brand ambassadors, targeting premium corporate clients that require elite digital transformation, custom software, or enterprise architecture solutions. This fully commission‑based position offers complete schedule flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑value corporate prospects across various industries.
• Present and pitch KeyNova’s digital ecosystem, custom software, and ERP (Sage 300) solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts and closing high‑ticket deals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution alignment and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and sales performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Management or related fields.
• Strong interest in technology with the ability to discuss complex software and cloud infrastructure confidently.
• Exceptional presentation, pitching and relationship‑building skills with a polished professional demeanor.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Sage 300 (ERP) knowledge
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
