About the role

StudyApplyPortal.com is looking for a meticulous Business Communications Intern to support its international student application operations. This remote internship offers hands‑on experience drafting communications, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with university and immigration policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review emails, social media messages, and informational content for prospective students and partners.
• Submit and lodge university applications and visa documentation for international students.
• Coordinate on‑campus and off‑campus accommodation applications.
• Audit, verify, and file student records and partner agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Conduct policy and immigration research to ensure compliance.
• Respond to inquiries from students, parents, counselors, and institutional partners.
• Prepare reports or presentations for business development and advisory teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for compliance and documentation.
• Resilient, motivated, and able to handle high‑volume processing (50‑60 applications per week).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
