Brewery & Tap Room Associate

About the role

Ngoto Craft Brewing Company is seeking an enthusiastic Brewery & Tap Room Associate to join its team in Norton. This on‑site position blends customer‑facing duties in the tap room and beer garden with hands‑on support for brand events and brewery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the tap room and beer garden, handling bar duties and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with brand activation events and merchandising activities.
• Support brewery operations, including packaging, cleaning, and general brewing assistance.
• Accurately process cash and POS transactions.
• Help with stock management and packaging tasks.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Reliable, hardworking individual able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Team player based in or near Norton.

Required skills

• Experience or comfort with cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to assist with packaging and stock management.
