Branch Manager – Fast Food (Harare)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Branch Manager to run our Hungry Lion outlet in Harare. You will own the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring cash, stock and staff are perfectly aligned to keep the branch performing at its best.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the branch – people, product and performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules to match floor demand.
• Order stock, receive deliveries and control waste.
• Count, reconcile and bank cash daily.
• Meet speed, quality and waste targets without prompting.
• Handle customer issues directly and set service standards.

Required profile

• O’Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years managing a team in a QSR or fast‑food environment.
• Proven experience in cash handling, daily banking and till reconciliation.
• Hands‑on stock control experience.
• Ability to build and adjust staff rosters based on floor activity.
• Firm but fair leadership style.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Reliable transport to the store.
