Admin Manager

About the role

The Administrative Manager will oversee a wide range of support services that enable efficient business operations at Huawei Zimbabwe. This role coordinates office space planning, health and safety, employee living support, procurement, compliance, and expense management.

Key responsibilities

• Production support: Identify business changes, plan office space, and manage venue leasing, decoration, relocation, travel, immigration, and fixed‑asset services.
• Health and safety assurance: Develop local health‑and‑safety systems and emergency response mechanisms for high‑risk areas.
• Living support: Establish cost‑effective catering, accommodation, and transportation services for employees.
• Administrative procurement: Manage end‑to‑end risks in the local administrative domain and maintain relationships with government agencies such as immigration bureaus, labor departments, consulates, and police stations.
• Internal control compliance and business continuity management: Oversee risk management for scenarios like natural disasters, accidents, public health events, and social security incidents, including emergency plan development and drills.
• Administrative expense management: Process procurement purchase requests and payment requests, ensure fund safety, and conduct expense analysis.
• Support organizational climate building: Assist HR in planning large‑scale events and fostering a positive workplace environment.
