Warehouse Agent

About the role

The Warehouse Agent supports daily warehouse and manual handling activities, ensuring smooth movement, storage and inventory control of goods. Working under direct supervision, you will follow established procedures to receive, sort, label, store and dispatch items while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods according to defined guidelines.
• Sort, label and place items to optimise space utilisation.
• Match items against shipment records and inspect for damage.
• Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing orders based on requests.
• Enter data for received and shipped items using established systems.
• Support internal transport of materials between departments following set routes.
• Assist with order fulfilment, inventory enquiries and delivery schedules.
• Perform routine tasks such as scanning, verifying items and processing documentation during freight pick‑up or arrival.

Required profile

• Entry‑level individual contributor comfortable working under close supervision.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for accurate data entry.
• Physical capability to handle manual material movement and lifting.
