Supply Chain & Logistics Attachee

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Attachee to support our supply chain and logistics operations in Harare. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing and distribution environment, ideal for a student or recent graduate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor movement of finished goods from production to warehouse.
• Capture and maintain production reports, inventory trackers and records of rejects.
• Record finished‑goods issues against invoices and various sales channels.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods, preparing Goods Received Notes.
• Assist with receiving and issuing packaging materials, reels, spares, cores and rejects.
• Track and tag reels, maintaining accurate stock‑movement records.
• Monitor stock levels and flag items that reach reorder points.
• Support stock reconciliation, variance tracking and inbound/outbound logistics coordination.
• Help with route planning, delivery scheduling and related documentation.
• Collect data, perform basic analysis and contribute to regular supply‑chain reporting.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a proactive, reliable attitude.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing and distribution setting.
