About the role

Rainbow Tourism Group is seeking motivated students for an attachment position at its corporate office in Harare. The role provides hands‑on experience supporting either the Business Information Systems or Human Resources departments and reports directly to the Head of Department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist department teams with daily operational tasks and project activities.
• Support data entry, reporting, and documentation processes.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve departmental workflows.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time‑management abilities.
• High integrity and a professional appearance.
• Analytical thinker who works well in a team.
