Security Guard

About the role

Africapaciti Investment Group is looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join its team in Zimbabwe. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site presence with remote monitoring to protect company premises and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all company premises.
• Monitor and patrol designated areas on a regular basis.
• Control access points, verifying the identity of visitors and staff.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with Africapaciti’s security protocols and procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a hybrid mode, combining on‑site duties with remote monitoring.
• Physical fitness to conduct regular patrols.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
